Shipping Information

Delivery
Products (in stock) purchased will be delivered to the address stipulated in the order within 2 business days from the date of purchase. If Dainty Paisley is not able to deliver the product(s) within 4 days of the date of your order, customer will be notified via email for arrangement of another date for delivery. 

Products that are on preorder will be delivered 7 - 21* working days from the date of stock confirmation with supplier. Dainty Paisley will advise on any delay in shipment of preorder products due to factors such as below minimum quantity, customs clearance delay and stock availability. 

Shipping Rate
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. The charges are displayed upon checkout.

Local Delivery
Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery within Singapore. All local normal mails and Smartpac registered mails are sent via Singapore Post. For Smartpac registered mails and courier option, a tracking number will be emailed once the items are sent out. Parcels beyond 2kg are sent via uParcel, Citylink Express or equivalent and are calculated based on weight and location. 

Flat shipping rate option is based on average courier fee for a next working day delivery**  (after packing and shipment confirmation by seller) depending on location

International Delivery
Please allow 7 to 12 days for international shipping for products to arrive. All parcels are sent via Citylink Express, Singapore Post or equivalent. For express delivery by DHL or equivalent, of 3 working days, please email to us for the fee.  A tracking number will be emailed once the items are sent out. Customers outside Singapore, will assume all taxes, duties and customs costs.

Important
Should the estimated delivery date is not met by the delivery agency (indicated above), Dainty Paisley shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Customers shall be responsible to track the delivery progress. If Dainty Paisley is required to redeliver the products due to wrong address or failure to self-collect or request for redelivery, any additional costs will be borne by the customers.

Dainty Paisley is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments via normal mail option. If you do not receive your registered purchase(s) after 10 days (local)/15 days (international), kindly notify us via email: enquiry@daintypaisley.com

* Subjected to changes due to circumstances stated above and will be communicated to customer in fair time 
** Dainty Paisley will select the best option for both parties' convenience in discussion with customer. Should the courier fee is lesser than charged, the difference will be refunded.
