Frequently asked questions

Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayNow, Paylah, PayPal, Mastercard and Visa payment (via Paypal). If you prefer to make payment via GooglePay, drop us a message at enquiry@daintypaisley.com.

Shop with confidence at our store by paying via your preferred bank. Paypal is also a highly secured online payment platform. You can still checkout with Paypal without an account by opting to “Pay as Guest”, and proceeding to enter your credit card details. The information you provide on our online store is solely to facilitate order processing.

Delivery

For local Singapore orders,

  • Affordable doorstep delivery via Qxpress (2 to 4 working days)
  • Next day delivery – flat rate of $15

Delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third parties. Please expect delays during peak periods. We shall not be held responsible for delivery time or services once your order is shipped out, and for lost items.

All in stock items will be processed via doorstep delivery within 3 working days after payment is verified. Do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to expedite it.

For pre-order items, kindly allow 3 to 4 weeks from the day we placed our orders with the supplier. We will update our customers on the progress:

  • When we have finalised and placed our order with our supplier
  • When supplier has shipped the package to us
  • Upon receipt of package

Exchanges & Returns

All items purchased are strictly non-exchangeable and refundable.

Please email us immediately at enquiry@daintypaisley.com within 5 days of receiving your item so we can do an exchange with no delivery fee charged. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund excluding delivery fee.

We conduct quality checks prior to delivery. However, should we have overlooked any defects, kindly email us at enquiry@daintypaisley.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We are unable to accept any returns should it be more than 7 days upon receiving.

All returned items must be in their original packaging with labels intact, in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange should the returned item fail to meet the above requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
